npm和cnpm的版本不匹配，需要匹配版本(记得先删除之前的)：

npm uninstall cnpm

当前npm版本：

[root@localhost ~]# npm -v
6.13.4

全局安装cnpm指定版本：

[root@localhost ~]# npm install -g cnpm@6.0.0 --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org
