【VUE】npm error request to https://registry.npm.taobao.org/cnpm failed, reason: certificate has expir

1、npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org

在使用淘宝镜像安装cnpm时报错npm error request to https://registry.npm.taobao.org/cnpm failed, reason: certificate has expired，解决方案如下

2、cnpm install --global vue-cli

在使用cnpm时报错，无法加载文件 C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_global\cnpm.ps1，因为在此系统上禁止运行脚本。

在之前文章【vue】在windows中搭建vue开发环境（全网最详细）中安装cnpm时用的是淘宝镜像，目前无法使用了，就是本篇文章中提到的报错信息。

一、报错信息

PS D:\Project\lzh_test\centos_deploy\vue> npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org

二、原因分析

请求地址 https://registry.npm.taobao.org/cnpm 时失败，原因是因为证书已经过期

2024年1月22日，淘宝NPM镜像站的域名 registry.npm.taobao.org 的SSL证书过期

三、解决方案

分别执行如下命令进行修复

1.清理NPM的缓存

npm cache clean --force

2.切换到新的NPM镜像站

npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com

3.检查是否成功切换到新的镜像站

npm config get registry

执行后，如果返回的是 https://registry.npmmirror.com，则说明已经成功切换到了新的镜像站了

四、使用新镜像安装cnpm

npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npmmirror.com

后续将可以使用cnpm安装所需镜像

五、执行cnpm报错解决方案

cnpm install --global vue-cli

1.执行 Start-Process powershell -Verb runAs

在终端中如powershell中执行如下命令，如果提示授权，以管理员身份运行powershell 即可

Start-Process powershell -Verb runAs

2.执行set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

在终端中如powershell中继续执行如下命令（以管理员身份）

set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

3.验证执行cnpm命令（成功）
